Host a Class

WHAT ARE THE COSTS FOR MY FACILITY TO HAVE A CLASS?
There's 2 options, depending upon your budget. We can do an “In-House All-Inclusive Program” for only your staff, or we can offer an “Open Enrollment” option with no almost no financial obligation.

Option #1 – “Open Enrollment”On a budget?
Try “Open Enrollment!” Let us work with you to bring a presentation to your facility with next to no financial obligation. Your facility can "host" a class, easily accessible to your staff, but also allowing enrollment to outside area nurses.

With “Open Enrollment,” your facility would provide:

  • the meeting site with screen
  • any in-house promotion of the event
  • morning and/or afternoon refreshments

Paragon Education would provide:

  • Promotional brochures and flyers
  • Direct mail advertising to area hospitals
  • Email event advertising
  • Posting on Paragon Education, national ENA & state ENA websites
  • On-site registration materials2-day faculty presentation
  • All AV materials and equipment
  • Web access to Paragon’s review and resource materials
  • Contact hour accreditation & administration
  • CE certificates

As the sponsor of an “Open Enrollment” class, your hospital RN’s & ENA members would pay a reduced rate of $275/per person for the 2-day class, while outside area RN’s would pay a rate of $300.

In addition, if any facility tuition-reimbursement is available, we will be happy to include that information in our advertising and registration.

Option #2 - “In-House All-Inclusive Program
”Our “In-House All-Inclusive Program” creates a program that includes your staff, and, as you wish, staff from any affiliated organization, to ensure that costs are not be borne by just one campus of the organization.

Here, the hosting facility is only responsible for providing:
  • the meeting site with screen
  • morning & afternoon refreshments
  • any in-house or organization-wide promotion

Paragon Education would provide:
  • Promotional brochures and flyers
  • Email advertising of event to ED RN's
Posting on Paragon Education, national ENA & state ENA websites
  • On-site registration materials
  • 2-day faculty presentation
  • All AV materials and equipment
  • Web access to Paragon’s review and resource materials
  • Contact hour accreditation & administration
    CE certificates
  • Posting on Paragon Education, national ENA & state ENA websites
  • On-site registration materials
  • 2-day faculty presentation
  • All AV materials and equipment
  • Web access to Paragon’s review and resource materials
  • Contact hour accreditation & administration
  • CE certificates

One or two-day events would be a fixed price for up to 50 nurses attending. In this way, we can offer your customized program at a price far-below what your nurses would pay themselves.

What’s the lead time to plan a class?
Three-months lead-time allows your staff to plan for their upcoming schedule and to plan to take the class. This time frame also allows for additional advertising of the event, both locally and online.
