Ms. Randolph has been practicing critical-care nursing for the past 18 years in ER, ICU and PACU. She has taught nursing at both the associate and baccalaureate levels, and has lectured at numerous local and national conferences, including the national ENA Scientific Assembly and the San Francisco ENA Conference. She is currently working as both an Emergency and PACU nurse in San Francisco and as a Family Nurse Practitioner in Marin County, California.
